Private introductions begin with an application rather than a profile. The application is confidential and is reviewed by our team, not scored by software.
If it looks like a fit, there is a conversation. That conversation covers your relationship history, what you are looking for, how you live, and what has not worked before. It is a discussion, not an interview.
From there the search begins. Our private introductions team looks within an existing private network and also searches actively for people who fit what you have described. Candidates are spoken with before they are ever suggested to you.
When there is a strong reason to think two people should meet, both receive a private introduction with context about why. Names and details are only shared with consent.
After the date, both people share feedback with their advisor. That feedback shapes the next search, which is why the process usually gets more precise over time.
