The strength of a private network depends on the people within it. From time to time, we personally invite individuals we believe would be a meaningful addition to the network. Invited Members complete the same review and vetting process but do not pay a membership fee.
They may be considered for introductions with AURA clients when there is genuine mutual alignment.

Membership places you within the AURA network for consideration. Private Search is a commissioned, hands-on search. We actively recruit beyond the network, locally and nationally, with a dedicated advisor managing every step from first call to feedback.
Can I browse other members?

No. AURA is not a dating app or member directory. Profiles remain private, and potential introductions are presented individually.
Is everyone accepted?
