Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by AURA.

We use information to review applications, provide introductions and member services, respond to enquiries, coordinate consultations and introductions, maintain accounts, process Membership payments, protect the service, and communicate about your request or account.

How information is shared

AURA does not publish member profiles. We share personal information with a prospective introduction only with appropriate consent. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, communications, payments, and security, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and operational obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
